Greg worked with the engineers at Google and built the first real estate website to ever plot homes for sale on a map and the real estate brokerage (BlueRoof.com) behind it, which he sold to Prudential Real Estate in 2007. In 2008 Greg founded BlueRoof360, a real estate technology company that helps other brokerages and agents learn how to utilize technology and online marketing in the real estate business and began speaking on a national level, coaching real estate brokers how to use technology and training some of the most successful brokerages and agents in the country.
Greg has been a managing broker for Coldwell Banker, Prudential Real Estate, and Better Homes and Gardens Realty, has been a licensed Real Estate Instructor, and over the last three decades, Greg and his team have sold more than 2500 properties, worth more than $200 Million.
